The Problem: Popular only among the locals, this Water Park near Virar wanted footfall from Mumbai suburbs. Localised promotion, defunct rides due to lack of visitors plagued the park, with modest revenue generation.
The Solution: We visited to park, analysed the key issues and suggested a makeover. Our team a full-fledged, distinct that appealed to specific Target Audience age groups. Apart from the digital media, print campaign also included bus panels and shelters. We made on-site changes such as restoring the defunct rides, introducing Jain Food and ‘Women’s Wednesday’ especially for the women. The result – within 6 months of our engagement the revenue generated was 100 times more than the earlier one.
