The Problem: JSW Infrastructure needed to launch a quarterly internal magazine to communicate with employees across its offices in India. The challenge was to ensure active participation to build long-term engagement from day one.

The Solution: We introduced a naming contest to crowdsource ideas. The chosen name, Oormi, shaped a compelling logo and design identity — turning a simple initiative into a shared, celebrated milestone for JSW’s people.
